Under the current situation of constantly emerging food safety problems, the organization of establishing a food safety management system based on this standard can enable our enterprise to prove the ability to control food safety hazards to the society through self declaration of its effectiveness and evaluation results from the organization, continuously and stably provide end products that meet food safety requirements, and meet customers' food safety requirements, as well as to organically integrate the food safety requirements with our business destination.
We have always believed that food safety requirements are the first, it not only directly threatens consumers, it also directly or indirectly affects the goodwill of food production, transportation and sales organizations or other related organizations, it even affects the credibility of food authorities or governments. Therefore, this audit application is not only to promote the development of HLSHARE HERB-TECH, but also to be responsible for all of our partners.
In order to strengthen the safety of food to the health of consumers, the international organization for Standardization (ISO) developed a food safety management system "ISO22000 - food safety management system requirements", referred to as ISO22000, which is suitable for audit under the initiative of the Danish Standards Association in 2001. ISO22000 is a voluntary international standard developed based on the principle of HACCP. It is the integration of the current food safety management standards and regulations of various countries. It is a unified international standard. The standard was developed by experts from the food industry and representatives of professional international organizations in close cooperation with the Food Standards Committee, which was jointly established by the food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization to develop food standards.
ISO22000 certification is not only a guiding standard to describe the requirements of the food safety management system, but also a basis for the organization certification and registration of food production, operation and supply.
The standard is applicable to all organizations in the food chain that want to establish a food safety system, regardless of their size, type and products provided. It is applicable to agricultural product manufacturers, animal feed manufacturers, food manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers. It is also applicable to food related equipment suppliers, logistics suppliers, packaging material suppliers, agricultural chemicals and food additives suppliers, food related service suppliers and restaurants.
